FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely surface plastic deforming of non-complete spherical surfaces.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of imparting to blank and deforming tool (multi-element rolling around tool) rotation around their own axes; placing circle along which deforming tool moves in plane shifted relative to blank center; in addition imparting to deforming tool reverse-rotation oscillation motion relative to center of worked spherical surface of blank and axial feed; arranging lengthwise axis of deforming tool by inclination angle relative to plane normal to blank axis and passing through its center.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, enhanced efficiency and quality of worked surfaces.
