FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: tool consists of housing containing deforming elements aimed to provide a sphere processing with tension. Deforming elements are in the form of coils of cylinder spring rolled up to a ring. Cylinder spring rolled up to a ring is installed with ability to cover the sphere to be processed at plane, coming through the sphere centre. Inner diameter of the cylinder spring is less than the diameter of the sphere to be processed by a double-tension valve. The spring is installed in a float-manner in the body by means of fingers and ring rigidly fixed in them and placed within the spring coils.
EFFECT: expansion of process abilities; reduction of tool cost price.
