FIELD: chemical industry; methods and devices for the secondary polymeric raw materials reprocessing.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to the method and the device for reprocessing of the secondary polymeric raw materials and can be used in the production processes and at production of equipment for reprocessing of the secondary polymeric raw materials. The method of reprocessing of the secondary polymeric raw materials provides for grinding, cleaning out by the washing liquid, drying, extrusion and a granulation of the reprocessing raw. The cleaning out of the grinded materials is conducted in the three stages. At the first stage realize steep, primary cleaning and separation of the raw materials by density by floatation. At the second stage realize the rough cleansing by the secondary flushing and primary wringing. At the third stage realize fine cleaning by secondary wringing. The device for washing out of secondary polymeric raw contains the flotation chamber, the chambers of the rough and fine cleaning and the gear of wringing of the raw. At that the gear of wringing of the raw consists out of two perforated drums in series mounted in the chambers of the rough and fine cleaning. The method of reprocessing of the secondary polymeric raw materials and the device for cleaning the secondary polymeric raw materials ensure the reprocessing of the wide spectrum of the polymeric compounds in a continuous operation at automatic their sorting by chemical composition.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the continuous rough and fine cleaning of the secondary polymeric raw, the reprocessing of the wide spectrum of the polymeric compounds in the continuous mode of operation and automatic sorting according to their chemical compositions.
