FIELD: food-processing industry; methods of automation of the food concentrates reprocessing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the food-processing industry, namely to automation of the processes of the food concentrates reprocessing and may be used in the devices for production of the extrusion products, and also in other industries using extrusion. The method includes the measuring of consumption and humidity of the initial raw materials and the extruded products, the temperature of the product in the prematrix zone of the extruder and the rate of rotation of the adjustable drive of the extruder. The initial raw materials are fed by two lines in parallel: the solid fraction is fed through the pre- temper into the extruder, and the liquid fraction - through the heating unit into the hollow shaft of the auger and from it - into the area of loadings of the working chamber of the extruder. In the heating unit realize non-contact heating of the liquid fraction by a steam, which then is fed in the pre- temper of the extruder, where it is mixed with the solid fraction. In addition they measure consumption and the temperature of the liquid fraction, and also the steam consumption fed in the pre- temper. Correction of consumption of the liquid fraction is exercised in compliance with the running value of the solid fraction consumption, and correction of the temperature in prematrix zone of the extruder - by regulation of the temperature of heating of the steam in the heater, and correction of the final product humidity - according to the value of consumption of the steam incoming in the pre-temper. In compliance with the values of consumption and humidity of the extrudate conduct correction of the steam amount fed for replenishment. The invention allows to improve the quality of the final product due to the upgrade of the design of the automatic control and regulation of the process of the multicomponent mixtures extrusion.
EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the final product quality due to improvement of the design of the automatic control over the process of extrusion of the multicomponent mixtures.
