FIELD: food industry, in particular, automation of processes of processing of food concentrates, applicable in devices for production of extruded products, as well as in other productions using extrusion. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in measurement of consumption and moisture content of the source material, consumption of heat-transfer agent, product pressure and temperature in the prematrix zone of the extruder, rotational speed of the tool with correction of the product pressure in the prematrix zone. Supply of combination lubricating liquid to the zone of homogenizing is accomplished through the holes in the screw conveyer shaft. In addition the consumption of the lubricating liquid and the value of pressure in the compression and homogenizing zones are measured. Continuous correction of consumption of the lubricating liquid depending on the pressure in the prematrix zone of the extruder and correction of consumption of the source material are accomplished according to the current value of consumption of the lubricating liquid and moisture content of the source material. EFFECT: stabilized and automatic maintaining of optimum pressure in the prematrix zone of the extruder. 1 dwg
