FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to ACS to be used in production of feed and feed compounds, and in other industries using extrusion. Initial mix is prepared by feeding its components with the help of proportioners and conveyors from bins into mixer. Produced mix is directed into heat-and-moisture treatment apparatus accommodating perforated conveyor, water sprayers and stirrers. Said apparatus incorporates branch pipe to feed heat carrier from heater-ventilation unit. Then, produced mix, after said treatment, is fed into extruder with mandrel and female mould. Extruder loading bin is arranged to move relative to extruder housing with the help of pressure auger and extruder auger. Treated product is fed into clearance between extruder female mould and reciprocating and rotating mandrel.

EFFECT: higher quality of finished product.
