FIELD: glass industry; production of the glass substrates for plasma screens, FED screens, the flat lamps, etc.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the glass substrates for the plasma screens, FED screens, the flat lamps, etc. The invention allows to improve characteristics of the luminiferous materials and to reduce the amount of their productions. The glass substrate has the profile glass elements made on the part of the substrate surface. The profile glass elements are made as a single whole with the substrate. This substrate may be preferably used in production of the plasma screen, for which the front surface of the substrate contains the first net of electrodes, but the rear surface is formed by the structured part of the substrate and contains the second net of the electrodes, which is perpendicular to the first net and is located on the outer surface of the structured substrate and opposite to the space between the profile elements. The luminiferous materials occupy the space on the on the surface between these profile elements.

EFFECT: the invention allows to improve characteristics of the plasma screen and other similar products and so to decrease the amounts of the articles production.
