FIELD: rocket fuels.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to armoring solid propellants and, more specifically, to development of thermoplastic low-smoke armoring compositions. Acetylcellulose-based composition according to invention contains 25-36% acetyl triethylcitrate, 2.0% β-(2,4-dinitrophenoxy)ethanol, and 30-50% calcium as filler.
EFFECT: increased heat resistance of armoring composition with its low level of smoke formation preserved.
