FIELD: chemical industry; methods of manufacture of the granulated thermoplastic multicomponent armored compositions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the methods of manufacture of the granulated thermoplastic multicomponent armored compositions and may be used in operations of armoring of the surfaces of the solid rocket propellant charges for the rocket engines and other sources of power. The method provides for the loading in the heated and supplied with the blade stirrers mixer of the acetyl cellulose, acetyl triethyl citrate, β-(2.4- phenoxy)-ethanol and hydrazodicarbon amide, plasticization of the acetyl cellulose in the process of the components mixing at the heightened temperature, refrigeration of the armored composition upon termination of the mixture, its plasticization and the subsequent its extrusion in granules. At that for loading in the mixer use acetyl cellulose ground in the №25-№46 bolters. The dispersivity of the particles of hydrazodicarbon amide is ensured as of no more than 6 microns. Mixing of the components is conducted at the temperature of 60-80°C within 1.5-2.5 hours, then the armored composition is cooled to the temperature of 15-20°C, reloaded into the extruding machine to conduct extrusion at the temperature of 100-150°C. The invention allows to improve manufacturability and to raise productivity of armoring of the charges of the solid rocket propellant.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improved manufacturability and the raised productivity of armoring of the charges of the solid rocket propellant.
