FIELD: wind power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed wind plant contains bladed rotor mechanically coupled with load. Rotor blades arranged vertically are mechanically connected with its vertical shaft for combined rotation around vertical axle and simultaneous one -side deflection from vertical position. Rotor is furnished with deflection of rotor blades to one side only, and defining direction of rotation of shaft with blades.

EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to improved design of bladed rotor.
