FIELD: wind turbines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind turbines. The adjustable wind turbine can be used on farms. An adjustable wind turbine has a Savonius rotor and fixed reducing nozzles located along its circumference on a vertical shaft. A conical impeller, an aerodynamic propeller and a radial rod with blades are located above the Savonius rotor. The vertical shaft with the wind wheel is hollow with a fixed axis inside and consists of two parts with a connector in the form of an end ratchet connection, equipped with a speed limiter. There is a hollow telescopic rod with cup blades at the ends of the rod in the upper part of the shaft. The speed limiter contains a disc with stops fixed on the lower part of the split shaft and a cone fixed on the upper part of the shaft, and balls are located between the disc and the cone. The hollow telescopic rod has movable spring weights inside. There are inclined blades on the bottom of the split shaft between the Savonius rotor and the bevel impeller. There is a rotary casing in the form of a cylinder with an open lateral generatrix on 1/2 of the lateral surface around the stationary reducing nozzles. The rotary casing has a screen located diametrically opposite the open lateral surface.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing efficiency of the wind turbine, reducing the starting wind speed and preventing the breakdown of structural elements at critical wind speeds.
