FIELD: mechanical engineering; auger pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auger pumps designed for clean out and transfer of viscous, plastic and viscoplastic materials. Said pump is made as hand potable device with self-contained drive or it is installed on wheeled track. Pump housing over its length is provided with replaceable tubular cylindrical inserts and insert having hole on side surface registered with hole of outlet branch pipe, and to axis with rectangular or flanged profile in cross section. End face of insert from side of hole for outlet branch pipe is provided with ring bead, and thread holes are made at equal distance from edge of second end face of insert or insert without such slots is used. Inlet part of auger is provided with easily removable blade feeder attached from side of inlet end face of auger shaft through feeder disk so that inlet part of auger is enclosed by two or more shaped blades. Blades are attached by one end face to periphery of feeder disk, and their other ends are rigidly attached to alignment ring whose inner diameter is equal to outer diameter of auger, and outer diameter is smaller than diameter of feeder disk. Angle of opening of each blade between tangential line to diameter of auger and its plane is from 5 to 65°. Front edges of blade are not parallel to rear edges.

EFFECT: improved multipurposeness of pump, increased pump capacity.
