SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screw pumps designed for cleaning out and transfer of viscous, plastic and viscoplastic masses. Proposed screw pump with heated feeder contains housing with output branch pipe and screw. Screw is provided with input single-start part and output two-start part. Output part of screw is arranged in cylindrical spaces of housing. Input part projects from housing and has blades with beads. Input part is enclosed by fixed latticed casing. Inner space of housing is provided with replaceable tubular insert over its length. Insert has several through holes on side surface, one hole registers with hole on output branch pipe, and it can be provided with several through slots parallel to each other and to axis. End face of insert from side of output hole is provided with ring bead. Input part of screw has blade feeder made easily detachable and attached from side of input end face of shaft of screw through feeder disk. Input part of screw is enclosed by blades some end of which are attached to periphery of feeder disc and others are rigidly attached to centrifugal ring. Opening angle of each blade between tangential line to diameter of screw and its plane are equal to 5-65°. Leading and trailing edges of blades are not parallel. Pump is furnished with detachable neating element installed over latticed casing of feeder.

EFFECT: reduced coefficient of dynamic viscosity of handled mass in zone of pump feeder.
