FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises shifting ring with rock, overloading ring, loading mechanisms, frame made of longitudinal and transverse beams and vertical pillars, beam mounted at the center of the frame, load-lifting mechanism mounted on the beam for permitting movement, stamp, additional plate mounted oh the surface of the rock in the shifting ring, and stiffening ribs on the overloading ring. The loading mechanisms are made of vertical hydraulic jacks mounted on the stiffening ribs and horizontal hydraulic jack secured to the longitudinal beam. The rod of the horizontal jack is connected with the detachable stop. The shifting ring is provided with yoke of variable rigidity. The yoke is mounted on the shifting ring for permitting movement and locking. The shifting ring is provided with bars provided with spherical grooves. The overloading ring is provided with the slot having spherical grooves which receive ball bearings. The stamp and shifting ring with rock are connected with the instruments for recording deformation of rock through wire strings.
