FIELD: analyzing or investigating materials.
SUBSTANCE: spacer comprises housing and at least one conical member provided with opening in the converging top and seal positioned at a distance from the top. The cassette comprises six aligned reaction vessels. The conical members comprise converging top which is used for punching the sealing spacer made of a foil. The spacer can be in a friction contact with the cassette for sealing the connection between the cassette and spacer.
