FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: immune monitoring test element includes a base element, at least one test column, containing a tested material, and a cover, such as an adhesive-attached cover from foil, covering the upper part of at least one test column. The cover includes a weakened part deformed inside directly above each test column, in which each weakened part deformed inside is formed by means of local pre-stressing of the specified part, but not to the point of cover piercing, in order to provide for cover piercing by means of an aspirating/distributing element, such as a dosing tip, providing for access to the test column content, without spraying of the test element test column content to adjacent test columns.
