FIELD: quantitative determination of agglutination and separation of agglutinates. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with one variant vessel to conduct quantitative determination of agglutination has upper chamber with hole to intake liquid reagents, lower chamber designed to take in liquid from upper chamber and carrying matrix for separation of agglutinates, barrier separating upper chamber from lower chamber and carrying fixture to hold liquid in upper chamber under conditions of normal gravitational force and atmospheric pressure. Barrier can secure passage of liquid from upper chamber to lower chamber under effect of pressure exceeding atmospheric pressure. Variants of invention differ by manufacture of barrier: in the form of spiral insert, spiral structure, diaphragm, porous plug.
