FIELD: manufacture of disc or ring member of stator or rotor with large number of blades arranged along circle and having outer (in radial direction) ends connected with band covering them from outside.
SUBSTANCE: at forming member of stator or rotor in disc or ring blank at least part of each of large number of ducts are burned out simultaneously by electric erosion method in zone spaced by some distance in radial direction from edge of blank. Said ducts form in blank blades arranged between them in circumference direction. After rotation of blank by some angle all successive ducts are partially burned out. Then blank is turned and similarly finish electric erosion treatment of ducts is realized. Invention provides possibility for simultaneous working in blank of large number of ducts due to enhanced design of apparatus having electrodes arranged along circle with predetermined pitch.
EFFECT: possibility of forming members of stators or rotors with high strength practically of any materials.
