SUBSTANCE: device comprises guiding roller mounted perpendicular to the direction of belt motion in a holder mounted on the base for permitting rotation. Between the roller holder and the base is a rotatable flexible member that is made for permitting tension when the holder is set in the intermediate position with respect to the direction of the belt movement. The holder or roller is connected with at least one lever mounted at a distance from the axis of rotation of the holder with respect to the base together with the guiding structure arranged at a distance from the holder from the side edge of the conveyor belt.
