FIELD: pneumatics; pneumatic drives; positive displacement compressors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic drives, mainly, to positive displacement compressors with heat drive. Proposed device contains housing divided by flexible diaphragm into working reservoir and compression semispherical chamber, pipeline connecting lower point of reservoir with inlet to pump whose outlet is connected by pipeline with cylindrical hollow housing of spool distributor with drive space connected by main line with gas space of working reservoir and with spring-loaded spool installed inside and furnished with piston extreme positions stop. Outlet of distributor housing is connected by two outlet pipelines, respectively, through heater and cooler, to manifold with nozzles of working reservoir coated by layer of heat insulation. Manifolds with nozzles for heated and cooled volatile liquid are made separate. Semispherical outer surface of compression chamber is furnished with convective air cooler.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of device owing to reduction of nonproductive expenses of heat for improving isothermality of compression and delivery of gas.
