FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: variator incorporates a housing divided by a flexible membrane into an operating chamber partially filled with a volatile fluid and a semi-spherical compression chamber comprising an inlet and outlet valves. From below, the drive chamber communicated with the hydraulic pump inlet, its gas chamber being communicated with the driving right hand chamber of the slide control valve made up of a left hand-spring-loaded slide valve and the said valve extreme positions clamper. The aforesaid slide valve contains two identical circular distributing channels, i.e. a main and supplementary channels, every incorporating right hand and left hand lines along with inlet and outlet streamwise lines in the control valve body. The hydraulic pump outlet communicates with the main channel right hand and left hand inlet lines, while the supplementary channel right hand and left hand outlet lines intercommunicate via the heat regenerator. The heater outlet communicates with the main channel left hand outlet line and the supplementary channel right hand inlet line. The cooler outlet communicates with the main channel right hand outlet line and the supplementary channel left hand inlet line.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and capacity of heat regeneration.
