FIELD: pneumatics; pneumatic drives; positive displacement compressors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic drives, mainly, to positive displacement compressors with heat drive. Proposed device contains housing 1 divided by flexible diaphragm 2 into working reservoir 3 and semispherical compression chamber 5 containing intake valve 6 and exhaust valve 7. Lower point of reservoir 3 is connected by pipeline 8 with upper point of accumulating reservoir 9 arranged higher than reservoir 3. Lower point of reservoir 9 is coupled through shutoff 29 and self-acting check valve 30 by pipeline 10 with spool distributor. Spool is provided with channels 13 to let liquid pass for heating-cooling and channels 19 to let liquid 4 pass into manifold 28 with nozzles arranged inside reservoir 3, and two fixing grooves 14. Heater 20 and cooler 21 are interconnected through heat regenerator 22 for liquid 4. Upper point of accumulating reservoir 9 is connected by main line 31 with gas space of reservoir 3 through thermovalve 32 arranged inside upper part of reservoir 3.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of regeneration of heat and provision of complete self contained operation of device.
