FIELD: agriculture, in particular treatment of full-fat soy.
SUBSTANCE: soybeans are washed with flowing water followed by couching thereof in aqueous analyte solution for 3-5 days. Further soybeans are treated with propionic acid solution and heat treated at 55-65°C up to bean moisture of 8-12 %. Analyte is obtained in anode chamber of diaphragm electrolyzer by water treatment with direct current of 3.0-5.0 A for 10-15 min.
EFFECT: accelerated method for treatment of full-fat soy with reduced cost; vegetable protein of increased effectiveness due to decreased content of non-nutritive substances in finished product.
