FIELD: aircraft industry; multiengined aircraft.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comes to starting one of air engines by delivering power from starter to engine rotor and subsequent starting of second engine of aircraft. Second engine is started by delivering to its rotor from rotor of first engine owing to connection of shafts of rotors of both engines. In flight in emergency stopping of engines and when starting of one of engine by starter is impossible, one of engine is started by connecting shaft of its rotor with shaft of autorotating rotor of other engine and/or shaft of autorotating rotor of other of the same engine.

EFFECT: enlarged zone of starting of gas-turbine engines of multiengined aircraft, reduced time taken for starting, simplified design and reduced weight of starting system.
