FIELD: air-conditioning systems in which conditioned primary air is supplied from one or more central stations to distributing units characterized by the treatment of the air with both heat and humidity transfer between supplied and exhausted air.
SUBSTANCE: heat-exchange control method involves periodically forcing air from room outdoors through device provided with heat-accumulation filler and sorbent layer arranged upstream of heat-accumulation filler. The sorbent may absorb and desorb water vapor to evolve water vapor into air flow passing through sorbent layer to regulate air flow humidity. Device comprises pipe having round or rectangular or other cross-section. The first pipe end is inserted in room, the second one extends outdoors. Reversible fan or two direct-feed fans are installed in the pipe. Sorbent layer to absorb water vapors is located in front of heat-accumulation filled from room side.
EFFECT: increased degree of exhaust air heat utilization, prevention of condensate freezing at low ambient air temperatures and increased rood comfort.
