FIELD: heat exchange devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as elements of heat exchangers, evaporators, cooling systems of power plants. Regenerative heat exchanger for utilization of heat and moisture in a decentralized ventilation system is made in the form of pipe (2) with ventilation nozzles for supply and discharge of medium, and heat exchange module (4) filled with a set of tubular heat exchange elements of the same or different diameter, partially filled with a liquid heat accumulating medium, perforated tube plates are hermetically sealed at both ends and installed at the ends into holes at a distance from each other, parallel to the tube walls along the air flow. Tubular heat exchange elements are made of polyolefin and in order to intensify heat exchange, they contain smooth cylindrical sections alternating with corrugated sections, providing effective turbulence of air flow, and on adjacent smooth sections of tubular elements there is a layer of sorbent capable of absorbing and releasing water vapor into air flow passing through it.

EFFECT: increased accumulation of heat energy of heat exchanger, as well as prevention of condensate precipitation at low ambient air temperatures during reversible processes.
