SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of air conditioning, ventilation equipment for the regeneration of heat or cold of the outgoing air from the room. The heat or cold regenerator of the ventilation air includes two vertical heat exchange columns for supplying air from the room to one of them, from the outside to the other, partially filled by a heat exchange nozzle, and pipelines with an intermediate coolant, as which a solution of calcium chloride of the calculated concentration is used, for sequential supply to the heat exchange columns through sprinklers buried in the nozzle in counterflow to the supplied air, as well as air fans and pumps for saline solution. The calculated concentration is chosen taking into account the known data on the dependence of the humidity of the air above the CaCl2 solution on the salt concentration, as well as on the normative humidity of the indoor air and the temperature and humidity of the outdoor air. According to the invention, the supply of warm and cold air flows is carried out at the entrance of each of the corresponding columns from the bottom up, and pipelines with an intermediate coolant each connecting the lower part of one of the columns with the upper part of the other column, with the possibility of supplying coolant from top to bottom of both columns alternately, through sprinklers buried in the nozzle, so that the saline solution is not carried away by the air flow, and flows down the nozzle of one column, exchanges heat with the air flow and is piped to the upper part of the other column. A solution of calcium chloride (CaCl2) of the calculated concentration is used as an intermediate coolant. The concentration of calcium chloride solution is selected taking into account the provision of a standard range of humidity for residential premises, as well as seasonal changes in outdoor air temperature.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the ventilation air regenerator.
