SUBSTANCE: determination of heat conductance coefficient provides calculation of heat conductance coefficient from relation of λ=(Cv 1Δx/a0 2xΔx/Vsound)makp=(Cv 1Vsound/a0 2)makp, where Cv 1 is heat capacity of one atom in case the volume is constant; Δx is distance between closest atoms; ma is atom weight of chemical element; kp is reticular density coefficient of elementary cell of lattice; a0 is period of lattice; Vsound is speed of transmission of oscillations (sound speed) in monocrystal.
EFFECT: reduced labor input; widened functional capabilities.
