FIELD: kitchen appliances.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing in lower part of which source of heating is placed in form of horizontally arranged plate with fitted on at least one heating element. Pan in form of closed bead is placed on surface of plate over its perimeter. Weight amount of loose material of heat accumulating element, for instance, quartz sand is arranged directly on plate in zone limited by pan. One or several removable vessels, preferably in form of cezve, is dipped into layer of sand. Limiting frame in form following the pan is installed on housing over pan. Device is furnished with plate thermoregulator and signal lamp. Plate is made hollow, and each heating element is made in form of tubular heater arranged in space of plate.

EFFECT: prevention of boiling out of coffee, keeping coffee hot, improved convenience is use as there is not necessity to switch off and regulate heating source.
