FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device has to be implanted unit intended for closing pass, for example, hole in partition of auricle of the heart or in partition of ventricle of the heart either in any channel of patient's body and looks like overlapping member which extends and fixes in the area of pass which should be closed. Implant for closing pass in circulatory system has rigid members, first holder, second holder, expanding overlapping member and guide. Rigid members have proximal and distal ends. Distal ends of any members are connected to the first holder and proximal ends of any member are connected with the second holder. Expanding overlapping member is attached to mentioned members in intermediate point between first and second holders and it has distal and proximal surfaces. Guide, along which the second holder slides, is attached for removal to the first holder. Mentioned members in combination with overlapping member form elongated item which is elongated along longitudinal axis and is intended for introduction through intravenous delivery mechanism into introduction position. Conducting gadget is placed on the guide. The conducting gadget adjoins the second holder and is capable of moving along guide in the direction of the first holder. Mentioned members are connected to the first and second holders to be twisted relatively longitudinal axis to create radial loops mainly. They form the first fixing structure which adjoins mentioned distal surface of mentioned overlapping member and they form the second fixing structure which consists of radial-directed loops which adjoin mentioned proximal surface of mentioned overlapping member. First and second fixing structures are fastened at final overlapping state after they are put into action by mentioned conducting gadget. According to the method of overlapping passage in circulatory system is based onto placing implant, having mainly non-expanding members, is provided with first holder which has distal ends of mentioned members to be attached to. Expanding overlapping member is attached to mentioned members in intermediate point between first and second holders. Mentioned members together with overlapping member form elongated item which extends along longitudinal axis and which is intended for introduction into introduction position through intravenous delivery mechanism. Then implant is introduced along the guide through intravenous delivery mechanism into passage which has to be closed.
