FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: electrosurgical forceps instrument contains a flexible rod defining lumen; a coaxial cable for transmission of microwave energy, located inside the lumen of the flexible rod; a bracket with a stiffness rib, mounted on the distal end of the flexible rod; a pair of brunches mounted with the possibility of rotation on the bracket with a stiffness rib, wherein the pair of brunches can move relatively to each other to open and close a gap between its opposite inner surfaces; and an actuator located inside the lumen of the flexible rod and passing from it through the bracket with a stiffness rib for functional engagement with the pair of brunches. The pair of brunches includes the first brunch containing an energy supply structure attached to its inner surface. The energy supply structure contains flexible dielectric substrate, on which the first electrode and the second electrode are formed. The energy supply structure is connected for reception of microwave energy from the coaxial cable. The first electrode and the second electrode are made with the possibility of emission of microwave energy received by the energy supply structure to the gap between the pair of brunches. A manual unit for control of the electrosurgical forceps instrument, and an electrosurgical device are disclosed.

EFFECT: providing an improved control of an electrosurgical device and, in particular, an electrosurgical forceps instrument.
