FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with mechanotherapeutic ways to restore articular function. It includes reversible relative flexing-unbending movements of articular segments, simultaneously with relative flexing-unbending movement for the angle α it is necessary to perform a rotation of mobile articular segment against its longitudinal axis for the angle γ, and, also, deviation of the free end of mobile articular segment against flexing-unbending plane of articular ends for the angle β detected by taking into account the following conditions: γ = arc tg(ε/c·Sinα), β = arc tg(ε/c·Cosα), where ε - eccentricity and c - inter-center distance - characteristic biometric parameters of ginglymus body. The innovation provides conditions for restoring articular movements.
