MODULE ORTHOPEDIC SEAT-TRAINER Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61H1/00

Abstract RU 2423961 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for neurosurgical treatment of patients with injury of musculoskeletal apparatus. Each of modules of seat-trainer represents lodgement for fixation of corresponding joint segment. Lodgements-modules are connected to each other pivotally in such a way that one of the pair of connected modules is drive base, and the other vial tensometric effort sensor is connected with output shaft of said drive. Seat back serves training simulator base. Case of roller-screw linear electric drive is rigidly connected to it. Outlet shaft of said drive via tensosensor is connected with knee lodgement in place of its connection with ankle lodgement. With armchair back also connected is lodgement of shoulder segment, which is base of rotation drive. Outlet shaft of the latter via angular traction and fork is connected with mechanical dipole, installed in two semi-spherical supports, rigidly connected with shoulder lodgement. Mechanical dipole through tensometrised elastic bar is connected with elbow lodgement. Said mechanisms in seat-trainer are made left and right, controlled separately from controllers, whose information inputs are connected with single processor and second inputs with outputs of sensors of efforts appearing during setting "trial motions" to lodgements. Signals from sensors carry information about muscular response to "trial motion". As a result seat-trainer makes it possible to restore human locomotor apparatus, injured as a result of traumas or disturbed because of damage of central nervous system or partial brain damage.

EFFECT: elaboration of seat-trainer for neuro-orthopedic rehabilitation.
