FIELD: petrochemical industry; methods of production of the antistatic additive for the hydrocarbon fuels and dissolvents.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of petrochemical industry, in particular, to the method of production of the antistatic additive for the hydrocarbon fuels and dissolvents based on the chromic salts and alkylsalicyl acids. The method provides for saponification of the alkylsalicyl acids by the water solution of sodium hydroxide at 35-45 °C and molar ratio of the components of 1:1.00-1.03 with the subsequent exchange reaction of the saponified acids with the chromium nitrite solution in the isopropanol medium at 40-50°C and at the molar ratio of 2:1.00-1.03, distillation of the isopropyl alcohol and water, addition of the mixture of alkylaromatic hydrocarbons of the fraction 160-200°C - AP dissolvent, separation of the sodium nitrite sediment, the heat treatment at 143-150°C within 1.5-2.5 hours and dilution of the reaction mass by the "AP" dissolvent up to the contents of chromium complex up to 15-25 mass %. The invention allows to produce the addition agent with the higher efficiency of operation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the addition agent with the higher efficiency of operation.
