FIELD: technology for processing signals with pulse-code modulation, possible use during transformation of video signal to digital logical signal against the background of combined interference.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, device, aside from digital delay element, generator of quantized video signal and control circuit with durations of standard and quantized video pulse previously recorded in its registers, as well as allowed deviation values of real duration from standard duration, additionally contains comparator with hysteresis, circuit for compensating false activations, realizing median filtration algorithm, integrator, pulse duration detector and statistical threshold generator, automatically setting thresholds of quantization of comparator with hysteresis depending on noise level at device input.
EFFECT: decreased possibility of false activation during device operation at low signal/noise ratios and/or against the background of combined interference.
