SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing receipt components; shredding and freezing fresh cabbage; cutting carrot and bulb onion and thermally treating in chicken fat; cooking rice; cutting mentioned components without oxygen access together with greens of parsley and dill, rabbit meat and chicken meat and simultaneously introducing preparation "Flocozyme", cherry plum and tomato puree, CO2-extract of brier, succinic acid, salt and water; packaging; pressurizing and sterilizing packaged product.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of base product.
