SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing receipt components; shredding and freezing fresh cabbage; cutting carrot and bulb onion and thermally treating in chicken fat; blanching rice; cutting greens, rabbit meat and chicken meat; grinding mentioned components in grinder without oxygen access; introducing into ground mass cherry plum and tomato puree, CO2-extract of brier and biomass of microorganisms selected from predetermined group, succinic acid, salt and water; cutting resultant mass without oxygen access; packaging; pressurizing and sterilizing packaged product.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of base product.
