SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing fish farce with the use of fish blanched in vegetable oil, frozen fresh cabbage, and bulb onion and carrot fried in vegetable oil; grinding components and mixing without oxygen access with tomato paste, vegetable oil and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper and pyrolysis wood.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of base product.
