In case of detecting on osseous surface either hyperechogenic fragment or fragments sized 2 mm or more with acoustic shade, immobile and painful at compression of a pick-up unit one should diagnose periostitis of long tubular bones. Application of the present innovation enables to detect initial signs of destructive alterations in cortical layer of tubular bone and conduct dynamic control for periosteal state of bony tissue.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability of ultrasound diagnostics.
