FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves radically excising the epithelial coccygeal passage. The wound defect is covered with transferred interchanging flaps cut out by making additional skin- and subcutaneous cellular tissue incisions through the whole thickness at an angle of 60° to principal wound defect boundaries. Two triangular flaps are cut on each wound edge with triangle side length being approximately equal to half wound defect length. The flaps are moved in turn from each side to cover the wound defect. They are fixed on wound bottom with lower boundary of subcutaneous cellular tissue pressed against the wound bottom and sutured to the wound mouth edges and to each other.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; simplified operation method.
