SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to colorectal surgery, and can be used for treating epithelial coccygeal passage. That is ensured by excising epithelial coccygeal passage within healthy tissues to sacral bone fascia. Wound is drained with an active Redon drain tube with subsequent suturing of the wound with separate interrupted Donati sutures to the border of its middle and lower one-third. Separate interrupted sutures are applied on skin of lower third of wound. Then, at distance of 0.5 cm from the edges of the lower third of the postoperative wound along the dorsal gluteal muscle, stretching the skin of the intergluteal fold, two 5 cm-wide Kinesio tape KTKinexib elastic bands are attached to each other. Kinesio tape KTKinexib nearest to 2 cm wound is bonded without stretching. Then Kinesio tape KTKinexib is stretched by 75 % to fixation point, which serves as a greater trochanter. Last 2 cm of Kinesio tape KTKinexib, closest to the fixation point, are not stretched. For better fixation of Kinesio tape KTKinexib its corners are rounded. Kinesio tape KTKinexib is placed for 7 days, and then the procedure is changed as per the above procedure. Total period of use of Kinesio tape KTKinexib is 14 days.

EFFECT: method provides prevention of suppurative complications in the postoperative period by reducing the depth of the inter-uterine fold, as well as by increasing the space between the skin and the muscle due to a slight lifting of Kinesio tape tissue, improving the lymphatic drain and circulation and reducing pain syndrome.
