SUBSTANCE: the present innovation provides the knitting of fractures and false joints of carpal navicular bone due to creating optimal circulation in pathological area and prevents thrombosis of implanted vessels. The method suggests the access to lesion area to isolate the nearest vascular bundle (rear carpal branch of radial artery and vein) with surrounding perivascular tissues followed by its mobilization, development of a channel in navicular bone, implantation of vascular bundle into osseous channel and its final fixation. Therefore, it is necessary to implant the nearest vascular bundle with intact circulation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
