FIELD: medicine,, particularly, orthopedics and traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method includes performance of partial interwrist arthrodesis and replacement of bone defect with bone graft. The latter is formed by dissection from scapula external edge of rectangular fragment with adjacent section of subscapular muscle on feeding pedicle including artery bending round scapula. Transplant is fixed to edges of bone defect. Central end of artery bending round scapula is sutured to dorsal wrist branch of radial artery and peripheral end of artery bending round scapula is sutured with branch of hand dorsal vein.
