FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, in particular to surgery of hand in treatment of aseptic necrosis of proximal fragment of navicular bone of hand. Proximal necrotic fragment of navicular bone is removed, protecting joint surface of radial bone from trauma. Joint surfaces of capitate and lunate bone heads facing the side of removed necrotic fragment of navicular bone are resected. Formed defect is substituted with bone autotransplant. Distal fragment of navicular bone is fixed with compressing screw with lunate bone through autotransplant.
EFFECT: increased method efficiency.
