SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with rehabilitation of movements in patients with palsies as a result cerebral insult. Patient is recommended to do cyclic movements as pressing a computer key in random comfortable rhythm, then, with the help of computer treatment it is necessary to detect individual frequency for performing cyclic movements and it is necessary to suggest a patient to do these cyclic movements at first simultaneously with the impact of light, sound and light-sound stimulation and after it, it is necessary to choose that impact where the frequency of exogenous impulses and performed cyclic movements coincide, then for about 1-7 d a patient is recommended to do exercises of curative physical culture as bending of limbs, pronation, supination of hands, tapping and clapping either with a hand or a foot, body turns and body bendings, along with one type of exogenous stimulating impact at individually established frequency, on the 8-14th d it is necessary to widen the types of exogenous stimulating impact by combining the impulses of individually established frequency with other applied types of exogenous impact, on the 15th - 21st d a patient is recommended to do physical exercises in combination with exogenous stimulating impact of sound, light and light-sound impact in widened frequency range up to 3 Hz. The innovation applies more objective computer analysis of sensomotor processes at decreased expenses of time and possibilities of rehabilitation of different muscular groups.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of rehabilitation.
