FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: treatment of pathological motor synergies of the upper limbs in patients after a cerebrovascular disturbance is carried out by conducting therapeutic exercises in the amount of nine on a mechano-therapeutic exoskeleton complex with vertical unloading of the arm weight and biological feedback. Exercises are conducted in the form of gaming motive tasks, modeled in the virtual space, with a duration of 45 minutes. At that, the weight of the hand is unloaded in accordance with its weight and the patient's capabilities so as to ensure a free hand position - the shoulder joint is bent at 45 degrees and the forearm is in horizontal position. Initially, the patient performs hand movements to the right and to the left, with restriction of the individual degree of freedom in the elbow joint, then in two dimensions: horizontal and vertical, right, left, up and down, also with restriction of the degree of freedom in the elbow joint. Further - movements in two dimensions: to themselves and from themselves, to the left and to the right due to flexion and anterior retraction of the shoulder and extension of the elbow. The next movement is performed in three dimensions: right, left, up, down, forward, backward, coordinating movements in the shoulder, elbow and wrist joints, using one or another joint. For patients with coarse paresis, the degree of movement freedom is preferably limited to the elbow joint, and for patients with moderate paresis, the volume of movements is preferably relieved in the shoulder, elbow and wrist joints. Each gaming task is performed for 5 minutes.
EFFECT: improved recovery of hand motor skills and reduced severity of pathological synergies due to a greater intensity of rehabilitation activities and increased patient's motivation.
