FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: device has working table, hopper-feeder with the abrasive agent, means for supplying compressed air and abrasive, abrasion-blast tool connected with the sources of compressed air and abrasive, mixing chamber for mixing the abrasive with air, and dust-catching device provided with exhaust device. The abrasion-blast tool is made of a supersonic gas-abrasion ejector provided with the high-pressure chamber which receives the inlet section of the Laval nozzle arranged coaxially to the chamber. The Laval nozzle is connected with the source of compressed air, inlet section of the supersonic diffuser, and the means for supplying abrasive from the hopper-feeder. The supersonic diffuser is also a chamber for mixing the abrasive with the high-velocity air flow and is tangentially connected with the ring vortex chamber by its outlet part. The vortex chamber is made for permitting its pressure-tight coupling with the top face of a clutch to be cleaned to form a cylindrical working chamber which is open from the bottom face of the clutch. The bottom face is set in the bearing ring socket provided in the working table. The socket is connected with the space of the hopper-feeder. The dust-catching apparatus provided with the exhaust device is in communication with the hopper of the feeder.
