FIELD: medicine, oral surgery.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to regenerate fissure's edges, cut out counter triangular fragments in mucous area of alar-jaw folds and cheeks at direction of lengthening axis being inwards and downwards. Then one should cut out mucous-periosteal fragments upon fissure's fragments, mobilize vasculonervous bundles, cut out counter triangular fragments in the middle part of oral and nasal palatine mucosa so, that triangles upon oral mucosa are directed to be opposite to triangles upon nasal mucosa. It is necessary to suture in both nasal and oral mucosa at replacing counter triangular fragments. With allotendinous ligature one should suture partly broken hooks of pterygoid process of cuneiform bone. The innovation enables to prevent soft palate's shortening and development of cicatricial tightening in peripharyngeal niches in post-operational period.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
