SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oral and maxillofacial surgery and dentistry, and is intended for use in the treatment of patients with congenital cleft in the hard and soft palates. After carrying out the stages of the operation of vivification, dissection of the mucoperiosteal flaps, surgical release of the neurovascular bundles, dissection of the soft palate muscles, dissect the interchanging triangular flaps (Z-plastics) in the middle part of the oral mucosa of the soft palate and below the middle part in the nasal mucosa. In this case, the triangles on the oral mucosa are directed opposite to the triangles on the nasal mucosa. Wound is sutured layer by layer with the movement of the interchanging triangular flaps. Then, the soft palate is fixed with a biodegradable membrane and biodegradable pins at the level of the hooks of the pterygoid processes of the sphenoid bone. Biocomposite material based on synthetic hydroxyapatite is fixed to the biodegradable plate with vicryl sutures in order to form a subsequent replacing bone matrix.
