Subconjunctival portion of the tunnel incision is formed not less than 2.5 mm long and 2.5 to 5.5 mm wide in parallel to scleral tunic to the limb. Cornea is cut near the limb at an angle of 45-55° to external eyeball surface towards transparent cornea layers to open the anterior chamber. Corneal incision is 1.0 mm long and 2.5 mm wide.
